Student athletes are definitely judged harder than the average student, but fir good reason. Some student athletes are famous and seen as role models to other. Knowing this, these athletes can still have fun but have to conduct themselves in a manner that positively represents themselves and their institution. One of the guidelines included following the right people. I never realized who you follow could play a role in your character, but I can see how it could now. Also, I do not agree that coaches should have the authority to force players stay off of social media. It is harsh and a right everyone should have. Although, I do think there should be seminars that educated them about how to properly manner their social media accounts.
